CUE CHUCK and SARAH who are leisurely strolling and shopping
along the Rialto Bridge. Chuck is holding their shopping bags while Sarah
has her arm wrapped around Chuck's and is guiding him from store to
store.

Sarah can we afford all this? Some of these brand names
are pretty pricey...Gucci, Louis Vuitton...I mean...I've never even been near
places like that before.

Chuck...it's our honeymoon. My only chance to live a
normal life and be a normal person with you...my husband. Shopping is
what normal women do. I do remember when you were the asset you were
always complaining about wanting a normal life and normal woman.
CHUCK
Yeah...but not that normal.
SARAH
Is there anything you want?
CHUCK
Hmm...wish there was a Buy More here...I want to get a XBox
Kinect...
Sarah looks inquisitively at Chuck.
Chuck smiles back at Sarah.

You've already picked out everything I wanted.

How are we going to fit all these shopping bags into our

Chuck...we have a Crown Loft Suite on deck 18...that's more
than 500
square feet. Besides which, the CIA offered to take some of our stuff
back to Burbank for us. Let's go to Piazza San Marco now.
Chuck and Sarah stroll over to the Piazza San Marco, where a certain antique
store catches Sarah's eye.

Chuck and Sarah enter the store, which has a large display of
ancient Roman swords and knives. Sarah starts examining the weapons,
which
doesn't surprise Chuck until he sees the price tags on them.
CHUCK
Whoa! Sarah! Some of these pieces are over a
thousand Euros. That's almost two thousand in US dollars! We can't
afford this!
SARAH
Fine. I was only checking out that small one over
there...I think it fits in my thigh strap.

That small one still has a big price!

Chuck has finally pulled Sarah out of the antique store but
they continue to wander the shops, making Chuck very nervous about his wallet.
CHUCK
We're finally done shopping now, right?
SARAH
Not yet.
CHUCK
Sarah, is there something in Venice you haven't bought yet?
sarah
Actually yes. Don't you want to get some lingerie for
our cruise? We'll be at sea for 5 days straight going through the
Mediterranean, then the Suez Canal, with no stop, then another 5 days to New
Delhi so I want you to pick some
undergarments out for me that I can wear while we're in our cabin.
Chuck just smiles at Sarah.

MAINLAND HARBOUR - MONDAY 3:00 Pm
Chuck and Sarah are walking up a ramp reserved for priority
customers, boarding the Allure of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in the
world. We see the other passengers lined up awaiting to get on board via
another ramp. Over this, CAPTION: MAINLAND, OPPOSITE VENICE - MONDAY 3:00

Chuck and Sarah pass through the metal detectors without
issue. Chuck and Sarah then have their photos taken and a CRUISE OPERATOR
prints out there cruise photo ID cards and gives it to them.

Chuck and Sarah stroll into the main theater area and admire
the crystal chandeliers and rows of seats.
They see tables and chairs set along the sides for drinking and lounging.

Wow! This boat is huge! I don't think I've ever
been on a ship this big before...she's even bigger than the
Contessa...Volkoff's boat.

This is actually my first cruise ship.
CHUCK
Finally! I've done something that's a first for Sarah
Wal...Bartowski.
sarah
You've done a lot more than just this. My first love,
my first engagement photo shoot...by the Trevi Fountain in Rome...my first
wedding...in St. Peter's Square...
Chuck and Sarah smile at each other and start heading out of
the theater.

bartowski, deck 18 - monday 3:35 pm
Chuck and Sarah are strolling down a hall and stop when they
see a sign for cabin 17886. They smile when they notice a small sign on
the door labeled "Bartowski's Honeymoon" and the balloons tied to their door
handle.
Chuck inserts his cruise card into the slot in the door
locking mechanism, and they enter their luxurious cabin. They take a
moment to admire the space and decor.
Their moment is interrupted by an announcement on the ship's
speaker:

Attention cruise passengers. This is Captain Felix
Leiter of the Allure of the Seas. We will be casting off at exactly 4 pm
this afternoon. Please make yourselves comfortable and enjoy your stay
with us.
Sarah enters the room and starts to open a large suitcase.
sarah
Chuck, would you please put out the do not disturb sign.
CHUCK
Don't you want to take a walk along the decks, see Venice go
by one last time?
Sarah pulls out the photo of her and Chuck together from vs
the Seduction and sets it on the end table. She then reaches further into
her suitcase and pulls out a piece of lingerie and holds it in front of Chuck,
mimicing his eyes wide open and silly grin:

Don't you want to see me in this?
Chuck returns her Chuck-grin and hastily hangs the do not
disturb sign on the door.
We see from outside the cabin Chuck hanging the sign, then
closing the door to block our view.
EXT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - MONDAY 7:30 pm
CUE RAOUL, who is pushing a cart carrying plates, cutlery and
a covered meal. The Cruise Server stops in front of Cabin Bartowski,
where he knocks on the door.
RAOUL
Room service!
A few minutes pass by before Chuck, dressed in only a bath
robe, opens the door.
RAOUL
Would you like me to bring dinner to your dining area and set
it up for you and your wife, Mr. Bartowski?
CHUCK
No thanks...I can handle that.
Chuck quickly grabs the meal and closes the cabin door.

BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - tuesday 9:30 am
We see a meal stop by outside the cabin door. In the
background, we hear the song "Holiday", the same song played in the beginning
train sequence in vs the Honeymooners. Over this, CAPTION: TUESDAY 9:30 AM

You do realize we have many fine restaurants on the ship, and
a buffet on the top deck.
CHUCK
Thanks but we really like it in here.
RAOUL
It seems you haven't left this cabin for almost 6 days.
Chuck just closes the cabin door on Raoul.

Chuck brings the lunch to Sarah, who is in bed wearing only
the sheets wrapped around her body. He carefully sets up the tray on top
of Sarah so she can eat in bed, and then climbs into bed beside her.

Are you sure you want to eat here? We made a mess the
last time.
CHUCK
That's because we were in the bathtub together trying to eat
while doing other things.
EXT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - MONDAY 10:00 am
We see some dirty breakfast trays left outside the
cabin. An announcement is being made on the ship's PA system. Over
this, CAPTION: MONDAY 10:00 AM

BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - monday 10:05 am
We see the inside of the cabin and there are clothes and
lingerie on the floor. There is an empty Krystal Champagne bottle on the
end table next to Sarah's favourite picture of herself and Chuck. We then
see Chuck and Sarah both wearing only bathrobes kissing.

...we have now cleared the Suez Canal and are now heading
east. Right now we have to anchor and wait a bit to get some supplies,
after which we should reach our first destination, India, within 5 days.
chuck
Do you want to take a look outside? The Suez Canal is
quite famous.
sarah
No. I have a better idea.
ext.
allure of the seas - monday 10:30 am
A cargo tugboat (roughly 50 feet) pulls up alongside the
lower
entry port of the cruise ship. A cruise operator (RAMI) comes
and with help from the crew of the tug start loading some unmarked boxes onto
the ship. Then 12 Somali crew members of the tug boat board the
cruise ship, carrying large suitcases. These are Somali pirates.
They
split into 3 teams of 4 each and head in different directions throughout the
ship. 1 of the teams is being led by a scary looking man in a suit, who
motions to Rami to go away. While leaving, Rami removes his uniform to
reveal a hawaiian shirt underneath. Rami now looks just like a cruise
passenger!
INT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - MONDAY 11:00 am
We see Sarah dressed in her Wienerlicious costume from season
1, her hair tied into the double pigtails, while Chuck is wearing only his
boxers. They are standing across from
one another and giggling. Sarah runs across the cabin and leaps into
Chuck's open arms, wrapping her legs around his waist in a lover's embrace, and
they both engage in passionate kissing. However, the force of Sarah's
leap starts Chuck moving, as he struggles to keep balance while holding and
kissing Sarah. Chuck starts to stumble towards the open patio door to the
balcony.

aquatheater, deck 5 - MONDAY 11:10 am
We see the scary looking man in a suit sit down at a table
while the other 3 take positions around the theater. They then put their
suitcases down and open them, revealing guns within. They each quietly
take out a machine gun and hide it with them and await a signal from their
leader, the man in the suit, CUE GABUL, who pulls out a radio.

(In Somali) Is everyone in position?
ext. deck
15, aft - monday 11:15 am
The 4 pirates start to quietly take positions on the deck
near the radio tower. They still act inconspicuous and do
not reveal the weapons in their bags. CUE SAYED who takes out a radio.

bartowski, balcony, deck 18 - monday 11:20 am
Chuck and Sarah, who are still in their lover's embrace, have
stumbled onto the balcony, and Chuck has placed Sarah on the guard rail in
order to support her weight. They are still kissing passionately.

engine room, deck 1 - monday 11:25 am
4 pirates, disguised as cruise crew members, enter the engine
room with their bags (containing weapons). They start to take positions
around the engine area and crew members. 1 pirate nods to another, who
pulls out his radio.
INT.
aquatheater, deck 5 - MONDAY 11:30 am
GABUL checks his watch and takes out his radio.
GABUL
(In Somali) The passengers will start gathering in the
forward theater for the Captain's toast...so once everyone is here, I'll give
the signal.
Passengers begin entering the theater from all
entrances. It is plainly obvious that the vast majority (roughly 95%) are
retirees. They move slowly to their tables and begin chatting friendly
with one another.
CUE CAPTAIN who walks down the steps to the applause of the
passengers.

bartowski, deck 18 - monday 11:40 am
Chuck and Sarah's passion level has increased and they are
starting to lean over the guard rail, unable to control their passion.
INT.
FORWARD theater, deck 5 - MONDAY 11:45 am
The Captain raises his champagne glass in a toast.
CAPTAIN
It is an honor to take all of you on this one of a kind world
cruise. I know it's hard to find time off of work to travel and
experience the world, so you should feel lucky to have reached the golden age
where you can do so. So here's to retirement, the time when adventures
begin!
The guests all raise their glasses in unison.

GABUL nods to his team of pirates, who quickly take machine
guns out of their bags and fire a few shots into the ceiling.
Everyone else begins to panic and scream
EXT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - MONDAY 11:46 AM
Chuck and Sarah are startled by the machine gun fire and fall
over the guard rail!
EXT. DECK
18 - MONDAY 11:47 AM
A team of pirates start going door to door, breaking the
doors down with a battering ram and checking the rooms for stragglers who
didn't make it to the Captain's Lunch. 2 pirates break down the door to
Chuck and Sarah's cabin. 1 pirate enters and searches the bathroom...he
then leaves and shakes his head to his teammate to indicate no one is there.
INT.
ENGINE ROOM, deck 1 - MONDAY 12:00 pm
The pirates have secured the engine room and have herded the
engine room crew into a corner.
EXT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, deck 18 - monday 12:05 pm
Chuck and Sarah are wrapped in some ropes hanging below their
balcony, with mouths attached, so they cannot call for assistance. Left
to their own devices, they carefully untangle themselves and climb back into
their cabin, very embarassed about what happened.
SARAH
Chuck I'm sorry. I was just so excited.
CHUCK
Me too.
sarah
At least nobody saw us.
CHUCK
Yeah...I didn't know you saved the Wienerlicious
uniform. I thought you threw it away because you hated the smell of burnt
hot dogs?
SARAH
I kept it...because I noticed the way you used to look at me
when I was wearing it...
CHUCK
Really? I mean...this was before we got...I mean...like
really...got together...like a real relationship.
sarah
I don't know. I guess I just always knew deep down we
would always be together. Forever.
Chuck just smiles.
They cherish the moment for a beat, then notice that their
cabin door has been battered open and someone has been through their
cabin. Immediately their spy senses are activated.
INT.
aquatheater, deck 5 - MONDAY 12:15 AM
The passengers, mostly senior citizens, have all been
carefully rounded up in the main ballroom. The pirates circle them
confidently, knowing that they maintain a huge advantage in firepower and
physical fitness. CUE GABUL, who begins speaking.
GABUL
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard the newest pirate
mothership, the Allure of the Seas. From this point forward, you are now
our most welcome guests. We promise to provide you with food, drink and
entertainment, so long as you remain here with us. We will be contacting
your governments soon in order to demand ransom. Please all be calm...I
promise we will not hurt you if you just relax and enjoy your stay.
The passengers and Captain look at each other strangely.
GABUL
Captain, would you please join us?
GABUL and 2 pirates take the Captain out of the theater to
the ship's guest services and explorations desk.
INT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, DECK 18 - MONDAY 12:15 pm
Sarah has quickly changed into a yellow jumpsuit similar to
Bruce Lee's and Uma Thurman's from Kill Bill. She is putting on her
running shoes. Chuck has put some trousers and underwear top on, but
cannot find his shoes.
CHUCK
Sarah, honey, I think they stole my shoes!
SARAH
Are you sure? I don't think they took anything.
CHUCK
I'm sure.
SARAH
Get your dress shoes.
CHUCK
I can't run in those. They're too noisy.
EXT. deck
18 - monday 12:18 pm
1 pirate is on a routine patrol and cocks his weapon.
INT. CABIN
BARTOWSKI, DECK 18 - MONDAY 12:20 pm
Chuck and Sarah are instantly silent. They peek out
their door and see the pirate looking in a cabin about 10 doors down.
They look across their cabin and see a service elevator. The pirate
enters the cabin.

cabin, deck 18 - monday 12:22 pm
The pirate looks around and sees nothing. He hears the
sound of a door slamming shut and runs outside past Cabin Bartowski, which is
empty.

services - monday 12:25 pm
The pirates stand guard: 1 outside the desk and 1 behind the
Captain, who is seated at a computer. GABUL sits beside the Captain.
GABUL
Now tell us your username and password so we may access the
ship's database.
int. bridge - monday 12:27 pm
2 pirates have taken control of the bridge. There are
no crew members here as they have been rounded up with the passengers in the
theater.
int. deck
15, living room - monday 12:30 pm
We see the door to a service chute open a little...the room
is clear so the door opens all the way and Sarah steps out quietly. She
quickly crouches low as she notices the
room has windows to the outside deck. Next comes Chuck, dressed in only
his underwear top, a black commando vest, black commando pants and barefoot,
steps quietly onto the marble floor, only to begin dancing as he crouches as
the floor is cold.

Whoa! The floor is so cold!
SARAH
Honey, I told you to grab your shoes first!
Sarah crawls on her hands and shoes towards the window, and
Chuck follows on hands and knees. They both peek out the window at the
same time.

15, aft section - monday 12:32 pm
We see 2 pirates assembling what appears to be a Stinger
surface to air missile mounted on a tripod. The camera follows the wiring
to see that the missile guidance system is connected to the cruise ship's
radar.
We look down at the pirates' feet...1 is wearing Chuck Taylor's while the other
has some nice dress shoes on.
INT. DECK
15, LIVING ROOM - MONDAY 12:33 pm
chuck
That's scary. What are they planning to do with that?
sarah
Come on. Let's check out the rest of the ship.
CHUCK
Why don't I try and get to the top deck? I can try and
send out a distress signal while you do reconnaisance?
Sarah gives Chuck a stern look.
sarah
Are you trying to stay away from me on our honeymoon??
CHUCK
On second thought...it's probably easier if we stick together.
SARAH
Let's do a weapons check.
CHUCK
OK...what do you have honey?
Sarah looks at Chuck.
CHUCK
Ahh...nothing...that's not good. I only have 1 tranq
pistol and 12 tranq darts.
SARAH
Well...OK...Follow me.

stairwell - monday 12:40 pm
Chuck and Sarah are walking down the stairs, carefully making
sure to not be seen. Chuck has his tranq pistol drawn and is in front,
with Sarah following after.
CHUCK
This is too easy.
SARAH
I think it's because there are not that many pirates on
board, and the pirates must have taken the entire crew and passengers to a
single area to watch them. They're probably doing random patrols on
limited personnel so we should be able to move around unseen.
CHUCK
What about the onboard security cameras?
SARAH
I'm keeping my eyes open for those.
deck 8,
giovanni's table (restaurant) - monday 12:45 pm
Chuck and Sarah have quietly made their way to the
restaurant. Chuck makes sure the area is clear before Sarah moves from
her covered position. Sarah quickly goes to the cutlery and starts grabs
a a small but sharp slicing knife, which she hides on her.
CHUCK
Sometimes you can be really scary, you know?
Sarah looks annoyed at Chuck.
SARAH
Are you one of those men who are afraid of their wives???
CHUCK
Uhh...Sarah...I need to find a bathroom.
SARAH
Can it wait? Don't you realize we are in a difficult
situation right now?
CHUCK
Sarah...I can't hold it for much longer! I think my
colon is about to go spastic any minute now!
sarah
OK...keep quiet. There are bathrooms fore and
aft. Go forward and take those. I'll cover you.

8, men's bathroom - monday, 12:48 pm
We see Sarah standing guard peeking outside the men's room
door. Suddenly we hear the toilet flush and Chuck steps out of a stall to
wash his hands.
SARAH
Why did you flush the toilet?
CHUCK
I'm not going to leave anything in there!
sarah
Don't you think the pirates might hear the sound of the flush?
CHUCK
Don't you think they'll smell it if I don't flush?

6, aquatheater - monday 12:49 pm
2 pirates standing guard outside the Aquatheater hear the
flush. 1 pirate runs off to check it out.

7, giovanni's table (restaurant) - monday 12:50 pm
Chuck and Sarah watch covertly from the restaurant window
while the single pirate starts searching the bathrooms.
CHUCK
Looks like that guy came from the deck below. He used
the stairs instead of the elevator...he would have used the elevator if he was
far from here.
SARAH
Makes sense. The Aquatheater below is big enough to
hold everyone on this ship, and we're not even a full passenger complement.
CHUCK
So likely the pirates are split across the engine room, the
bridge, the Aquatheater and patrol duty.
SARAH
And since we've already seen 5 pirates I think at most we're
dealing with 10 to 15 of them.
CHUCK
OK...so we know where they are. Let's find a way to get
to the radio antennae without crossing paths with the pirates.
INT. GUEST
SERVICES - MONDAY 12:51 pm
The Captain is looking very nervous and sweating. GABUL
is seated across from him and pointing a pistol at the Captain's forehead.

I'm going to count to 3. There will not be a 4.
Give me the code.
CAPTAIN
I don't know anything...
GABUL

CAPTAIN
I tell you I don't know what you're talking about.
GABUL
OK...we'll do this the hard way then.
Gabul pulls the trigger.

Chuck and Sarah are stunned but continue on upwards.

Chuck and Sarah are quietly creeping up the stairs and hear
the elevator go up beside them. Sarah puts a stethoscope against the wall
and listens in. Chuck attaches his iPhone to the special stethoscope and
starts recording.

Gabul is riding the elevator with MODIN and ALI.

Did you have to kill the Captain? You've just given the
US one more reason to storm this ship and kill us all!

Don't worry. Abdi is great with computers. He'll
get the passenger
manifests out as well as the account numbers and passwords of the ship's bank
accounts long before the international anti-piracy task force realizes we're
onboard...Syed...hurry up with those anti-ship missiles. They should
have been at the center of deck 10 half an hour ago. Why the smile Modin?

This is too easy. Practically all senior citizens...no
struggle. You made a good plan Gabul. I just wish you hadn't killed
the Captain. Now we just have to radio the
shore so we can get more pirates aboard.

Chuck and Sarah are frantically but quietly running up the
stairs now. They have to stop that signal from broadcasting.

Gabul, Modin, Ali, ESSA and HASAN are in the bridge
discussing. Modin goes to the radio and starts turning some dials,
attempting to get a signal.

Pirate, can you hear me?

On top of the bridge we see Sarah and Chuck crouched beside
the radio antennae. The base of the antenna is open and there are wires
connecting it to Chuck's iPhone. Sarah has opened a nearby box and is
carefully unplugging a few wires.
Chuck flashes on Somali language skills.

Yes...yes...we are coming now. Of course we will
remember to bring the ammunition. What? Yes...I have a bad
cold. Of course I'll bring your Quran. See you soon!
Chuck hangs up and sets up call forwarding on his iPhone,
then hides it within the radio antenna. Sarah closes up the circuit box
she was working on and looks at Chuck.

I set up my iPhone to forward all radio transmissions from
the ship to your iPhone. And if you call me from your phone, you can
transmit without them knowing.
SARAH
I love you.
CHUCK
I love you too. I promise, when we get off this ship,
I'll make it up to you. I'll get us a real honeymoon.

I just hotwired the ship's security systems so that the video
surveillance is offline.
Sarah makes a call from her iPhone.

General Beckman shakes her head hopelessly and ends the

Gabul and Modin are relaxing and leaning against control
panels, when Modin notices an approaching blip on the ship's radar. He
points it out to Gabul, who takes his binoculars out and looks in the direction
of the approaching ship.

It's a warship...I think it's flying an American flag.
Why are they coming here?
MODIN
You think they know we're onboard?
GABUL
Impossible...we control all communications coming from this
ship.
MODIN
Maybe we drifted off course while we were boarding?
GABUL
Look...Essa put us back on course as soon as he took the
bridge.
MODIN
But even if a passenger or two escaped our round up, how
could they get a signal off the ship without us knowing?

Modin and Essa search the area where Chuck and Sarah were but
they don't notice anything. Shrugging their shoulders, they return down
below.

Chuck and Sarah are hiding behind a counter observing Essa
and Modin up above as they walk away. They carefully avoid contact with a
pirate watching the Stinger missile and head back into the Living Room.

Chuck and Sarah are hiding amongst the video game devices and
relaxing.
SARAH
Never did I once think we'd be spending any of our honeymoon
in here.
CHUCK
I'm so sorry Sarah. I wanted to make this the perfect
honeymoon for you...relaxing...sight seeing...but instead...
SARAH
Chuck...It's OK. You didn't know the pirates would be
on board.
Chuck and Sarah's spy senses go off. They hear some
footsteps approaching. Sarah hides behind an arcade device to keep an eye
on the front door. Chuck hides behind a vending machine to watch the back
door.
CUE Pirate 1, who carefully enters through the back door
and looks around. He sees nothing but cautiously strolls through the
center of the arcade. He looks to his left and notices a shadow. He
changes direction to investigate.
Chuck notices Pirate 1 approaching Sarah's position and
starts to creep up behind him.
Sarah backs behind another arcade machine just as Pirate 1
approaches from behind her.
Pirate 1
Don't move...Stand up slowly with your hands raised.
Sarah quietly turns, straightens herself and raises her hands
in a surrendur position. She keeps her eyes locked with Pirate 1's.
Pirate 1
I see we have a straggler. Did you really think you
could avoid us forever?
Chuck watches as Pirate 1 rams Sarah's stomach with his
rifle butt. Sarah collapses from the force of the hit.
Terrified, Chuck attempts to flash on Kung Fu skills, but he
can't. The sight of Sarah in mortal danger has overcome him with
panic. Chuck takes a deep breath, resolves to save the life of his wife,
and jumps on Pirate 1's back.
Pirate 1 is confused by Chuck suddenly leaping on his back,
which Chuck uses to grab the machine gun and point it away from Sarah.
Pirate 1 tries to shake Chuck off first by spinning, and then by running
backwards into a wall. During the struggle, Sarah has recovered and grabs
the machine gun as well and pins Pirate 1 against the wall, with Chuck stuck
in between. Chuck then uses the moment to pull out a tranq dart from his
vest and stab it into Pirate 1's neck...who eventually falls asleep,
collapsing to the ground, and bringing Chuck down with him.
CHUCK
Sarah! I was so scared for you. I couldn't flash.
SARAH
Chuck...you have to pull yourself together. I can't do
this alone. I need you to be able to flash.
CHUCK
Well...I've used up 1 tranq dart now.
Sarah helps Chuck up. To Chuck's chagrin, his pants
drop.
SARAH
Sorry. Looks like your pants got ripped during the
fight.
Chuck attempts to put them back on.
CHUCK
I need a safety pin or something to keep them on.
sarah
Chuck...we'll keep our eyes open for that, but we have to
hide this pirate now, before they realize he's missing.

OK...I'll grab his radio here...and his pants and shoes too...
CUT to Chuck and Sarah moving Pirate 1, who is now bound and
gagged, into a worker's closet. Chuck is moving very squeamishly as
Pirate 1's pants are a little tight for him, so the button and zipper are not
done for comfort. However Chuck is still barefoot...

Gabul and Essa are pacing the bridge nervously.

Somebody must have signalled for help somehow. I'll ask

Gabul takes out a special radio equipped with a texting
keyboard and starts typing in a text message.

The passengers are relaxed and seated together facing the
stage. On the stage, CUE Pirate 2 who is standing front and center behind
a microphone, and leading the entire group in song.

Within the passenger crowd, we hear the quiet buzzing of a
Blackberry pager. CUE Rami, a seemingly American looking white male
wearing a Hawaiian short-sleeved shirt and white slacks looks embarassed,
reaches into his pocket, carefully holds his blackberry close to his face so no
one can see, and reads the screen.
CUT to the Blackberry screen, which flashes with the words:
Message from Gabul.
Rami subtly reads the message, puts his Blackberry away, and
re-joins the singing.

We see an US MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter landing on the
helicopter pad of the USS Mahan, and Casey and Morgan stepping out and being

starting those. I don't have enough fuel for the helos to start now and

rattle their nerves. What about mini-subs? Do you have any for my

The mini-sub just arrived 30 minutes ago, like you
requested. We can insert about 8 personnel.

Which means we could be facing odds of 2 against 1.

Not bad...I've had worse odds...this may even turn out to be
a bit of a challenge.

OK...let's talk about the insertion plan.

We're thinking of going under her at dark...we then swim up
alongside the cargo door on deck 1, break the lock and take out the guards.

Whoa! Hey! Slow down there! If you guys
just storm the ship like that, the pirates are going to know we're coming.
CAPTAIN GOODSPEED
What would you suggest, then?
MORGAN
I studied the schematics of the Allure of the Seas on the way
here. Near the midsection underneath the hull is the passenger cargo
area, which should be unguarded. I say we take the mini-sub and attach
its sleeve to this area, cut a hole underneath with a blow torch and enter
there. That way we have the element of surprise on our hands and the
pirates won't know we're on board. Give us some time to do some
reconaissance before we take'em out!

Umm...I've been on a few missions...but I've played lots of

Chuck and Sarah are hiding in a cabin on deck 12. They
are looking out the window at the USS Mahan. Overhead, we can hear the
sound of a helicopter buzzing the cruise ship.
CHUCK
What are they doing?
SARAH
I don't know...I've never been in a situation like this
before.
CHUCK
Really?
SARAH
Really. It's a first for me too!
CHUCK
I wish these pants weren't so tight.
Suddenly the radio Chuck took from Pirate 1 starts buzzing
static. Sarah looks alarmed and puts her finger to her mouth, telling
Chuck to keep the noise down. Chuck looks at the pirate radio and answers
it.

This is Gabul. From this point forward we maintain
radio silence.
Chuck swallows and attempts a Somali voice imitation.
CHUCK
OK.
gabul
What? Who is this?
Chuck looks nervous and Sarah turns and glares at
Chuck. Then Chuck relaxes, smiles, puts his iPhone to his ear and puts
the radio to his mouth. He begins talking without his fake Somali voice.
chuck
Aren't we supposed to be maintaining radio silence now Gabul?
Sarah gives Chuck an annoyed "What do you think you're
doing?" look.
Chuck ignores her and listens to the recordings he made with
Sarah while on the stairs.
GABUL
Who is this? What do you want?
CHUCK
I just thought with Abdi busy with the computers and Sayed
setting up the missiles you would be feeling lonely so I thought I'd give you a
call.
GABUL
Oh my, you are so lame. I've seen Die Hard. You
think you're Bruce Willis?
CHUCK
Yippee Kay...
Sarah snatches the radio from Chuck's hand.
sarah
Stop it! This is foolish! We could be divulging
sensitive information!

Hey! I was having fun!
We hear Gabul's voice over the radio.
GABUL
Stop! Please! I can't take this couples`
bickering any longer!
Please don't call me again! I'm begging you!

An exasperated Gabul throws the radio away in frustration,
and then turns to Modin.

From now on...only face to face communication. Go
spread the word to the others. Tell them we wait for the Americans to
make a move. Tell Syed to stand by with the missiles. Have him
target the American warship tailing us, and to be ready to shoot down those
helicopters.

We see Modin and Syed pushing a trolley containing boxes of
missiles and a missile launcher tube on top. They are pushing as quickly
as possible. They reach reach the cabin 9190 and kick it open. Then
Modin runs to the back and they try to push the trolley into the cabin...no
luck...the doorway is too narrow. They push the trolley away and start
helping each other move the weaponry into the cabin.

Sarah pulls out some plastic explosive as well as a bunch of
wireless detonators.
SARAH
Chuck, take a look at this. See if there is anything on
the Intersect on this.
Chuck looks hard and stares at the detonators.
CUT to blinks of TV static/screen snow intermixed with
Chuck's stressed out face.
CHUCK
Sarah...I can't flash.
SARAH
It's OK Chuck. Just try to be calm. This is not
the first time remember?
CHUCK
Yeah...but...
Sarah stands up and cups Chuck's face with her hands.
sarah
You've done a lot of great missions without the Intersect
2.0. We don't need the Intersect to get through this. We just need
each other.
Sarah pauses for a beat.

We just need each other to get through anything and
everything in life.
CHUCK

SARAH
What's Die Hard?
CHUCK
I got the Blu-Ray disk at home. We'll watch it as soon
as we get back. You'd love it.
SARAH
These pirates are planning something big. Those were C4
plastic explosives and some very advanced wireless detonators I've never seen
before.
CHUCK
What would pirates be doing with plastic explosives?
SARAH
I don't know.
CHUCK
Look at those lights on that ship! Why are they
blinking?
Without the Intersect, Chuck doesn't recognize the light
patterns on the USS Mahan, but Sarah does. It's Morse Code.

They're sending a message by morse code. It says...Can
you read this...Casey.
CHUCK
It's about time.

Is our iPhone still private?
CHUCK
Yes...I set my iPhone to send an alert if the pirates
unplugged it.
Sarah grabs her iPhone and makes a call.

Casey, can you hear this?

SAN ANTONIO, WARDROOM - MONDAY 5:57 PM
CUE Casey, who is using the ship's intercom which is patched
into the radio.
casey
Right...OK...we'll keep that in mind. Can't tell you
our plan in case you're captured or somebody's hacked our call. For now,
lie low. We'll handle it from here.
Casey changes channels on the intercom. His voice can
be heard across the ship.

This is the Colonel. Marines...let's get ready to move
out!

CUE Syed who opens the window. We look out the window
and can see the USS Mahan directly across. Modin starts aiming the
missile launcher towards the ship. Syed gets behind and opens a box on
the trolley containing a missile.

15, AFT SECTION - MONDAY 6:01 pm
The SAM launcher, wired to the ship's radar, begins tracking
the movements of the Knighthawk helicopter buzzing the ship.

PO Dickson is listening to some radio chatter and turns to
Cmdr Kelly.
PO DICKSON
We got a problem sir. Rat reports being tracked with
Surface to Air Missiles and is requesting permission to open fire.
CMDR KELLY
Tell him to pull out of range immediately. We don't
want to put the hostages at risk.
EXT. DECK
15, AFT - MONDAY 6:06 pm
The Knighthawk veers off but is too late, the missile is
fired and hits the tail section of the helicopter. The helicopter spins
out of control and starts to fall into the ocean. The crew jump out of
the crashing helicopter into the ocean.

SAN ANTONIO, WARDROOM - MONDAY 6:07 pm
Admiral Sanders picks up the ship's intercom.

Inform the Colonel that the pirates have opened fire on one
of our helicopters. We are now aborting overhead flights.

CUE Casey who is climbing into the mini-sub and talking on
his radio at the same time.

Got that, don't worry...we're still on. We'll dive real
deep, get directly under the Allure of the Seas, then come up directly under
her so we won't get spotted!

We see Morgan, Captain Anderson, Captain Goodspeed and 4
other marines all dressed in wetsuits, carrying machine guns. Morgan
looks nervously at a marine who is brandishing a very large US Marine Raider
Stiletto Mk 2 combat knife in front of him. This marine, Lieutenant
Colonel STEWART, looks to Morgan and smiles.

Casey enters.

The marines do the thumbs up in unison.
Morgan realizes he missed the boat.

We see the submarine submerge below the ship.

The USS Mahan has turned on a giant searchlight moved onto
the top deck at the helo pad and is shining it on the cruise ship.

10, CABIN 10190 - MONDAY 6:16 pm
We see the light shine straight into the cabin and block the
sight of Modin and Syed. Syed angrily curses and presses a button.
Suddenly a missile is launched.

12, CABIN 12688 - MONDAY 6:16 pm
Chuck and Sarah watch in horror as the missile hits the
searchlight on the deck of the USS Mahan and explodes, destroying the light.

That was a few decks below us!
Sarah grabs the duffel bag, a machine gun taken from Pirate
1, and looks at Chuck.

Let's go!

10, CABIN 10190 - MONDAY 6:20 pm
Syed is holding the launch tube while Modin is frantically
trying to put another missile in. Syed hears some running and motions to
Modin, who turns to face the door.
Sarah runs across the doorway, pointing her weapon into the
room, and fires a few rounds in, hitting and killing Modin. Syed returns
fire.

10, cabin 10190 - monday 6:21 pm
Sarah takes cover further down as Syed shoots through the
walls. Chuck, terrified, crouches into a fetal position and begins to
panic. Chuck then has an epiphany and realizes he is carrying the duffel
bag
with explosives. Chuck takes out a block of plastic explosive, puts a
detonator in it and sets it for 5 seconds, then throws the explosve at the door.

Chuck! That's too much explosive!
Sarah starts running down the hall and Chuck turns to run the
other way.
There is a large explosion.

completely destroyed, along with Syed and the missiles.

Casey is fidgeting and listening to all the radio
chatter. He turns to inform his team:

out the missiles. We'll be under the cruise ship in about 15 minutes.

We focus on the floor, where we can see a small wire come up
through a hole in the floor. It looks around, and since the cargo hold is
clear of pirates, we see a blow torch flame come from underneath the floor and
slowly cutting a circle.

Gabul and Essa pace nervously back and forth. We hear
footsteps coming and Gabul turns to face Abdi...who has returned from the
registration office.

Chuck and Sarah are resting inside while carefully watching
the cabin door. Chuck hears static on the pirate radio and answers it.
CHUCK
So, decided on letting everyone off the boat yet?
GABUL
Eager to end your honeymoon so soon, Mr Bartowski? Mr
Charles Bartowski?
Chuck and Sarah look at each other, concerned.
CHUCK
My friends call me Charles. My really good friends call
me Chuck. Actually, they're kind of like my family...so I guess I could
say my family calls me Chuck...
GABUL
Chuck, would you stop babbling please? It's really
annoying.
CHUCK
But you neither...
Before Chuck can utter a swear word, Sarah slaps him across
the face.

Watch your language! Give me that!
GABUL
Ahh...Mrs Bartowski...enjoying your honeymoon?

Until you ruined it. You'll pay for that.
GABUL
I want the detonators you took from one of my pirates.
Return them and you both can take a boat off.
SARAH

Sarah cuts off the communication. She then picks up her
iPhone.

Casey, Morgan, Captain Anderson, Captain Goodspeed, Lt. Col
Stewart have made it into the cargo hold. They are all keeping quiet and
crouched, weapons raised and ready.

We just got into the cargo hold. We're moving up.
We're going to find the passengers and rescue them. Meet us on deck 5.

7, CABIN 7242 - MONDAY 7:43 pm
Chuck and Sarah are getting ready to step out. Chuck
grabs the duffel bag while Sarah readies her machine gun.
SARAH
Got that Casey. First Chuck and I got to check out what
the pirates were doing with the explosives and detonators on the top decks.

bridge - monday 7:50 pm
Gabul grabs and machine gun and cocks it. He motions to
Essa.
gabul
Grab 2 other men and start searching the forward sections,
bottom to top. I'll do the same, but search aft, top to bottom.
Chuck and Sarah have to be hiding somewhere. Find them...kill them...and
bring back the detonators.

18 - monday 8:15 pm
Gabul and 2 pirates climb the stairs to deck 18. They
are fully armed. Gabul looks around and determines Chuck and Sarah are
not on the deck.

Go search the other decks. I'm going to check on the
explosives.
The 2 pirates leave while Gabul takes off his machine gun and
puts it in one of the cabins. He then grabs a chair and uses it to reach
the ceiling and examine a spot where he has told his pirates to install
explosives.

Chuck and Sarah are searching the area for explosives.
So far, no luck. They are whispering and being very quiet so no one will
hear them.

What were you doing, pirate, what were you doing?

CHUCK
No...just thinking out loud.

So you were talking to yourself?
CHUCK
Stop it. I'm feeling really embarassed now.
Sarah rolls her eyes and in the process, looks up at the
ceiling and notices a loose air vent. Chuck follows her eyes and notices
it
too. Sarah takes her rifle butt and uses it to knock down the vent,
revealing some plastic explosives.
CHUCK
Why are they wiring the top deck to explode?
SARAH
I don't know...
They hear footsteps from a cabin. Sarah turns around
gun raised when Gabul steps right into her line of fire. Gabul has exited
from a different cabin then where he left his machine gun. Gabul is still
dressed in his suit.
sarah
Freeze!
Gabul is stunned for a minute, but pulls himself
together. Realizing who they are, and that they don't recognize him, he
decides to play the part of a hostage. He speaks with an American accent.

Please don't hurt me! Please don't kill me!
CHUCK
Hey, it's OK. We're not going to hurt you. We're
the good guys.
GABUL
So you're not with the pirates?
CHUCK
Do we look like pirates?
Gabul looks at Chuck's feet, and notices he is barefoot.
gabul
Nope. I guess not.
They all start laughing.
GABUL
I'm Gary Burns. I'm a guest services attendant on this
ship.
CHUCK
Hi. I'm Chuck. And this is my wife...
Chuck motions to Sarah.
SARAH
The name's Bartowski. Sarah Bartowski.
Sarah searches through the duffel bag she is carrying, and
pulls out a pistol. She takes out the clip, checks it out of sight of
Gabul, and puts the clip back in. She then offers the gun to Chuck.
SARAH
Come on honey...I'm going to need your help if we're going to
protect Gary.
CHUCK
Sarah! You know how I feel about guns!
GABUL
I can protect myself.
Gabul offers his hand out.
CHUCK

passes it to Gabul.
Gabul cocks the pistol and releases the safety.
Sarah motions to Gabul and Chuck.

Sarah leads the way with machine gun pointed forward and
Chuck follows after.
Gabul stays a bit behind and takes out his radio.

Essa...Mommar...get the others up to deck
eighteen. They're here with me.
Gabul points his
weapon at Sarah, and drops his American accent.
gabul
Put down your weapons, and give me my detonators.
CHUCK
Gary...what happened to your voice? What are you doing?
SARAH
Well...well...well...Gabul.
GABUL
Put them down now.
CHUCK
Aren't we all on the same side? What are you both
talking about?
Sarah motions to Gabul.
gabul
I'm Gabul you fool. Do you just trust everyone you meet?
CHUCK
What? You tricked me! I can't believe you did
this to me!
GABUL
I'm going to count to three...
SARAH
Is that what you did with the Captain?
Angered, Gabul squeezes the trigger. The empty clip
slides out and drops on the floor. Gabul looks shocked.
SARAH
Did you really think I'm that stupid Gabul?
CHUCK
Ooh!! But I am? Thanks alot!
Suddenly we hear the footsteps of pirates running up the
stairs.
gabul
You were saying?
Gabul begins to quickly run for a cabin to take cover.
Sarah turns around and fires a few bursts at Gabul and 2
other pirates who are rushing up the stairs. Chuck is frightened by the
gunfire and covers his ears with his hands as he rushes away from the pirates,
with Sarah covering their escape path. They rush to the other side.
During the gunfire, Gabul notices Chuck is barefoot.
Chuck and Sarah open a window and jump down to the Crown
Lounge on Deck 17.
Gabul grabs his radio.

Essa, we have them pinned down on deck 17. Hurry over
and seal off the Crown Lounge.
Gabul and his pirates quickly go back down the stars.

Gabul and his pirates come down 1 set of stairs as CUT to
Essa and 2 pirates climbing up another set of stairs.
CUT to Gabul and his 2 pirates as they slowly head down the
hallway to the Crown Lounge.
CUT to Essa and his 2 pirates as they slowly head down
another hallway. We hear a tranq pistol go off and 1 pirate drops.
Essa and the other pirate look at the sleeping pirate confused, then notice the
tranq dart. But too late for the other pirate, who is also tranq'ed...but
Essa opens fire at the Crown Lounge.
CUT to Gabul and his 2 pirates who also start firing.

Sarah is focused on returning fire, running between both
entrances to slow their assault. Chuck is very nervous, covering his eyes
and crouching behind the bar.

Why didn't you tell me you were testing him? I'm your
husband!
sarah
I couldn't say it out loud with him right next to you!
Why didn't you ask me before grabbing the pistol and offering it to him?
CHUCK
He looked honest enough. He was dressed like a crew
member!
sarah
Next time we discuss these things beforehand like married
couples should, OK?

3, hallway - monday 8:45 pm
Casey, Morgan and the 6 marines are quietly making their way
through the decks when they hear all the gunfire.
casey
Could be Chuck and Sarah need our help. Anderson, take
a team and get up there and give Agents Bartowskis' some cover fire.
major anderson
Yes sir. OK...Mason, you two...with me.

CROWN LOUNGE, DECK 17 - MONDAY 8:47 pm
Gabul looks around and notices the windows in the lounge, and
remembers.
FLASHBACK to Chuck running from Gabul barefoot.
Gabul picks up his radio.
gabul
Shoot the glass!
The pirates start shooting all the windows in the lounge.

crown lounge, deck 17 - monday 8:50 pm
Chuck is still screaming in fear. He is trembling but
is afraid to move due to all the glass on his floor. Sarah calls to him.
sarah
Chuck! Get over here! I can't hold them off
anymore.
CHUCK
Sarah...I can't!
sarah
Wait!
EXT.
CROWN LOUNGE, DECK 17 - MONDAY 8:51 pm
Essa starts moving slowly towards the Crown Lounge when he
hears a voice behind him.
MAJOR ANDERSON
Drop your weapon!
Essa turns around and attempts to fire but Anderson shoots
him.
CUT to Gabul, who hears this and takes his pirates to
intercept.

deck 16 - monday 8:55 pm
Gabul and his 2 pirates are firing from deck 17 down onto
deck 16, where Anderson and his team are trapped and pinned down. Gabul
tells his pirates to cease fire.

Americans...we have your unit covered from an elevated
position. Throw down your weapons and surrendur.
Major Anderson bravely steps out from cover and turns to face
Gabul.
MAJOR ANDERSON
Anderson here. Major. United States Marine
Corps. You pirates and us have been fighting each other for years now, so
you know damn well I will not give that order!
GABUL
Major Anderson, I have fought alongside Al Qaeda during both
American invasions of Iraq. Your unit is covered from an elevated
position. The tactical situation is hopeless. Surrendur and save
your lives.
MAJOR ANDERSON
You know I will not give that order.
GABUL
Americans...drop your weapons!
MAJOR ANDERSON
Stand fast!

CAPTAIN MASON
We`re dead! We`re as good as dead!
MAJOR ANDERSON

Captain Mason panics and starts firing.
Anderson and his marines start screaming and firing at the
pirates.
CUT to Gabul and his pirates, who execute the marines in cold
blood. We hear the death screams of the marines, but don't see them fall.
A silence falls.

deck 4 - monday 9:00 pm
Casey sadly lets go of his radio. Casey, Morgan,
Stewart and Goodspeed look sadly around them, realizing their colleagues have
fallen in the line of duty.

deck 14, imagination studio - monday 9:10 pm
Sarah walks slowly into the room, carrying Chuck in her
arms. They have very sad looks on their faces as they realized the
marines sacrificed themselves to save them.
Chuck grabs Sarah's iPhone and calls Casey.
CHUCK
Casey, this is Sarah and Chuck. Please let us know
you're alright.

DECK 4 - MONDAY 9:11 pm
Casey whispers quietly into his radio.
CASEY
Let's just finish the mission.

DECK 14, IMAGINATION STUDIO - MONDAY 9:12 pm
Chuck looks up at Sarah and smiles.
chuck
He's still alive.
They both breathe a sigh of relief.
sarah
Do you want me to continue carrying you or can you walk now?
INT. USS
SAN ANTONIO, WARDROOM - MONDAY 9:30 pm
Admiral Sanders is on the radio now. His face is stern
and serious.
ADMIRAL SANDERS
This is the Admiral. I heard the news about the death
of 4 of our marines. We're aborting that mission and preparing a full
scale assault now. The helo should be ready in about 30 minutes.
Begin jamming all communications now. Assume our team has been
compromised.

DECK 14, IMAGINATION STUDIO - MONDAY 9:35 pm
Chuck and Sarah are carefully watching the windows while
counting their ammunition.

Used up 3 tranq darts now. Only got 9 left.
sarah
I used up an entire clip in that last shootout. Down to
the last clip.

deck 5, guest services desk - MONDAY 9:40 pm
Gabul enters triumphantly and passes the duffel bag with the
detonators to Abdi.
gabul
Abdi..set these up and lets get ready for the next
attack. Have you hacked the ship's accounts yet?
ABDI
Just did...I'm going to start transferring the money to
Rami's account.
GABUL
Excellent.
ext.
aquatheater, deck 5 - monday 9:55 pm
Casey, Stewart, Morgan and Goodspeed are crouched hiding near
a wall outside the Aquatheater. Casey carefully uses a silent drill to
drill a small hole near the floor, and slides a wire through. He then
looks at his iPhone which is attached to the wire. He sees the inside of
the Aquatheater and moves the wire around to get a full view. At the same
time, they can hear the singing going on in the Aquatheater.
CASEY
Looks like there are 3 pirates in the Aquatheater. We
have just enough to take them.
morgan
But what about the guest services desk? There's 2
pirates there.
STEWART
And knowing pirate mo, there's probably another 2 to 3 in the
engine room.
goodspeed
I can take the 2 by the guest services desk, but someone has
to go to the engine room.
Casey talks into his radio.
casey
Walk...Bartowskis. We need you to take out the pirates
that are probably in the engine room.

aquatheater, deck 5 - monday 10:10 pm
PASSENGERS, PIRATES
Nine thousand five hundred and eighty nine bottles of beer on
the wall...nine thousand five hundred and eighty nine bottles of beer...take
one down...pass it around...nine thousand five hundred and eighty eight bottles
of beer on the wall.

deck 2, hallway - monday 10:15 pm
Chuck and Sarah are creeping down the hallways attempting to
make their way to the engine room unnoticed when they hear the sound of
approaching helicopters. Sarah picks up her iPhone.
SARAH
Casey...we hear another helo coming. Was that part of
your plan?

AQUATHEATER, DECK 5 - MONDAY 10:16 pm
Casey whispers into his radio.
casey
No. I think the task force commander has assumed us
dead and has sent a team to storm the ship.

deck 2, hallway - monday 10:17 pm
sarah
Where are they going to land?
EXT.
AQUATHEATER, DECK 5 - MONDAY 10:18 pm
casey
They don't. If they follow standard procedure the helo
will insert a platoon of marines who will rappel down from the helo onto the
roofs of the top decks. What? We can't contact them...standard
procedure is to jam all communications off this ship. Why?

deck 2, hallway - monday 10:19 pm
Chuck and Sarah are now running up the stairs.
EXT.
AQUATHEATER, DECK 5 - MONDAY 10:22 pm
A GIANT PIRATE steps out of the Aquatheater, waves to Gabul
and Abdi, and heads for the elevator. Morgan notices him and turns to
Casey.

Wonder where he's going?
int.
deck 10, stairs - monday 10:25 pm
Chuck and Sarah are jogging up the stairs...Chuck is panting
with exhaustion.

deck 18, aft - monday 10:32 pm
Chuck and Sarah have just run out onto the roof of deck 18,
the highest deck of the ship. They see the helicopter approaching and
begin waving their arms trying to warn off the helicopter. But it ignores
them. Suddenly the helicopter backs off and Chuck and Sarah start to
scream in celebration, without even realizing that the Giant Pirate has crept
up behind them. They become aware of his presence when Giant Pirate puts
his machine gun barrel right against Sarah's head.

I know you. You're the Giant Blonde She-Male of
Thailand. I'm going to cut your head off and keep it as a trophy.
Imagine what criminals around the world will think when they hear I killed the
Giant Blonde She-Male.
Chuck turns to Sarah and mouths "Giant Blonde She-Male?"
Sarah just shrugs her shoulders...distracting Giant Pirate
and allowing Chuck to act.
Chuck quickly grabs the gun barrel and points it away,
but Giant Pirate pulls the trigger, firing a few rounds harmlessly into the sky
but causing Chuck to release the machine gun. Chuck then kicks Giant
Pirate's wrists and knife hands the wrists again, causing Giant Pirate to drop
the machine gun.
Sarah delivers a side kick into Giant Pirate's kidney and he
crouches a little, allowing Chuck to punch his temple to no effect. Giant
Pirate grabs Chuck's pants to hold him steady and then back fists Chuck away
while Sarah roundhouse kicks the other temple. Chuck falls flat on his
back.
Meanwhile the Marine helicopter gunship circles trying to get
a clear shot.
sarah
Chuck...you're flashing again!
chuck
No I'm not.
Chuck gets up and his pants drop.
int.
deck 5, guest services desk - monday 10:35 pm
Abdi is looking at his watch wondering where Giant Pirate is
and watching the Marine helicopter gunship on his laptop monitor. He
attempts to target the remote controlled SAM on the aft deck at the helicopter.

deck 18, aft - monday 10:37 pm
Giant Pirate has Chuck in a choke hold while Sarah is
delivering multiple kicks to his groin.
Meanwhile, the helicopter changes position and suddenly fires
some rounds.

deck 15, aft - monday 10:38 pm
We see the deck get torn up, then the SAM missile launcher
get shredded by the gunfire. The bullets hit the nearby ammunition boxes
and the missiles explode, rocking the ship.

deck 18, aft - monday 10:39 pm
Giant Pirate falls over and loses his grip on Chuck and lets
him go. Chuck and Sarah fall to the ground. Chuck and Sarah start
to get up but it's too late...Giant Pirate has pinned Sarah down and is choking
her to death.

Ahh...I'm about to become the legendary pirate that killed
the Giant Blonde She-Male!
We see a tranq dart hit Giant Pirate in the back of his neck,
but he is still not phased. Another dart...then another...and then yet
another dart gets stuck in the back of his head. Giant Pirate begins to
lose his grip. Giant Pirate collapses to the side of Sarah.
Chuck rushes over and helps Sarah get up.
sarah
Chuck, we have to get out of here fast. Down at least 5
to 6 decks...with the amount of explosive we saw...they could blow up at least
2 decks.
Chuck and Sarah look over their shoulders and are relieved
that the helicopter has moved to the aft of the ship, and see the marines
safely rappel onto the lower level. Ends up they understood what Chuck
and Sarah were trying to tell them.
CHUCK
I have an idea.
INT.
DECK 5, GUEST SERVICES DESK - MONDAY 10:42 pm
Abdi looks at his screen and realizes the helicopter has
gotten away. Gabul notices, walks over and grabs a remote control from
Abdi's hand.
abdi
We still have someone up there!
GABUL
Don't you see? Those marines are going to be out there!
ext.
deck 18, aft - monday 10:43 pm
Chuck and Sarah have put life preserver rings around their
waists which are tied by rope. They are holding hands.
chuck
I love you.
sarah
I love you too.
CHUCK
Jump!
Chuck and Sarah, holding hands, jump together.
INT.
DECK 5, GUEST SERVICES DESK - MONDAY 10:44 pm
Gabul pushes the remote detonation device.
EXT.
DECK 18, AFT - MONDAY 10:45 pm
Chuck and Sarah jump in unison as the roof explodes behind
them. They fall down the side of the ship but the rope tied to the life
preservers breaks their fall.
Meanwhile, the Marine helicopter gunship safely avoids the
explosion.
INT.
DECK 5, AQUATHEATER - MONDAY 10:46 pm
The passengers begin screaming as the boat rocks from the
force of the explosion. The 2 pirates guarding them are confused, as is
the mole, Rami.

deck 9, aft - monday 10:47 pm
Chuck and Sarah fall a little more and stop outside a cabin
window, with Chuck turning his back into the window to cover Sarah as he takes
the impact of hitting the window.
chuck
Oww! That hurts.
SARAH
Chuck are you alright?
CHUCK
I'm better than the giant pirate. And I'm safe in the
arms of the Giant Blonde She-Male.
sarah
Did you turn around to make sure you hit the glass and not me?
CHUCK
Well...I felt you were trying to turn around to take the
impact for me...
sarah
Chuck...I'm so used to protecting you.
CHUCK
I know. I felt it was my turn. Though I think the
score is still heavily in your favour.
Sarah smiles.
sarah
You're so sweet. That's why I married you.
CHUCK
Don't worry...I'll get us inside.
Chuck uses his legs to push away from the window. He
and Sarah swing away, and like a pendulum, begin to swing back. Chuck
pulls out his pistol, forgetting it only has tranq darts, and fires 3 darts at
the window, which bounce off harmlessly from it.
Chuck smashes into the window again.

Oww!!! That really hurt!
sarah
You're so cute. It's OK honey...I'll fix this.
Sarah pushes them away from the window once again, then aims
her machine gun at it. She squeezes the trigger and a few rounds go
through the window. As they swing towards the window, they both do
pushing side kicks and kick the glass out of the way and land on their feet
inside the cabin.
EXT.
AQUATHEATER, DECK 5 - MONDAY 10:50 pm
Casey and Stewart look at each other. With all the
confusion, now's the best time to free the hostages.
Stewart moves first and trains his weapon on Abdi, who is
alone at the guest services desk.
Abdi sees him and raises his hands to surrendur.
Casey, Goodspeed and Morgan enter the Aquatheater.
INT.
AQUATHEATER, deck 5 - monday 10:52 pm
Casey sees the 2 pirates on the stage, who aim their weapons
at the incoming marines. Casey and Goodspeed take them out, to the cheers
of the passengers, and Rami, who wishes to escape unnoticed.
EXT.
AQUATHEATER, DECK 5 - MONDAY 11:00 pm
Casey, Goodspeed, Stewart and Morgan relax outside the
Aquatheater as the passengers remain inside. 15 other marines have
boarded since and are now securing the ship. Casey walks out to the deck.

deck 5 - monday 11:02 pm
Casey takes out a cigar and lights it, and begins to smoke it
in celebration. He pulls out 2 flares from his supply pack and uses the
cigar to light them. He then starts waving them as they release green
smoke.
INT.
ENGINE ROOM, DECK 1 - MONDAY 11:15 pm
Gabul and his last remaining pirate take positions behind
some equipment, determined to fight to the bitter end.

engine room, deck 1 - monday 11:20 pm
Chuck, Sarah
and 3 marines are at the door. The marines quietly burn a hole through
the metal and insert a fiber optic cable to get the situation inside. On
their handheld monitor, they see Gabul and the last pirate crouched and ready
to fire, with the remaining hostages tied up behind them.
The
marines
open the door and Chuck and Sarah storm in first...ready to open fire with
tranq pistol and machine gun.
int.
engine room, deck 1 - monday 11:21 pm
The first
pirate drops his weapon in terror, stands and raises his hands in surrendur.

It's the
Giant
Blonde She-Male! Please spare me!
Gabul
looks at
his colleague in shame, then turns his attention back to Chuck, but it's too
late. A tranq dart hits him square between the eyes and he falls asleep.

deck 5, guest services desk - monday 11:35 pm
Chuck,
Sarah
and the marines come back up with Gabul and the other pirate bound and held
prisoner, while the crew members join them. They are greeted by cheers
and applause by the other passengers, who have begun to expand through the ship
now that Casey has declared the ship under US control. Chuck and Sarah
stroll towards Casey, and he turns to face them.

How has
your
honeymoon been so far?
sarah
Could have
been better.
chuck
Well...I
think
we're going to skip off the cruise early and just go straight to Australia now.
Sarah
smiles
at Chuck.
Chuck
walks
over to the guest services desk and notices someone has logged in and is
transferring money to an unknown account. Chuck sits down and examines
the computer. Sarah strolls over.
sarah
What's the
matter?
chuck
Looks like
the
pirates weren't just after ransoming the passengers and stealing their
luggage. They hacked into the ship and its company's bank accounts and
transfer them to an account in Switzerland.
casey
Who? Who is the account holder?
CHUCK
Let's see if I can hack this.
Chuck attaches his iPhone to the USB port of the computer and
starts a hacking application he wrote on his iPhone.
chuck
OK...just cracked the bank's password...the pirates are
transferring the money to the account of someone named Rami...can't get the
surname...
sarah
Great. All we have is a real first name. That's
worthless.
chuck
Wait a minute. Casey, did you get all of Gabul's
phones, radios...
Casey walks over to Gabul and frisks him. Casey finds a
strange radio with a full keyboard.
casey
Yeah...we found this.
Casey brings the radio to Chuck, who starts pressing some
buttons.
Meanwhile...in the background, Rami has been observing and
quietly moving towards Morgan.
chuck
I'll send this radio's frequency up to the CIA spy satellites
and trace a call out to Rami.
Chuck begins to press some buttons on the radio.
CHUCK
It'll take some time...but we should get a location in 20
minutes.
A few beats pass.
We hear Rami's pager beeping.
Everyone turns to stare straight at Rami, who is now standing
behind Morgan.
Exposed, Rami quickly grabs Morgan in a headlock.
RAMI
If you value his life, you'll give me a chopper, now!
CASEY
We don't really value his life.
CHUCK
Casey!
Casey grunts.
Chuck stands...tranq gun hidden behind him...
chuck
Yippee ki-yay...
Sarah elbows Chuck so he cannot utter the profanity.
CHUCK
Oww!
Chuck turns slightly from the force of the elbow, exposing
his tranq gun.
Rami picks Morgan up and holds him in front as a human shield.
Sarah subtly pulls out the knife hidden in the back pocket of
her yellow jump suit, and suddenly flicks it up.
In slow motion, we see the knife bounce off a metal
chandelier, then land straight into Rami's shoulder.

Ahh!
Rami screams in pain and drops Morgan.
Chuck pulls out his tranq pistol and shoots 2 darts between
Rami's eyes, knocking him unconscious.
SARAH
Chuck...you can flash again!
CHUCK
No...I didn't flash for that.
SARAH
Well...I think we need to get back to our honeymoon now!
ext.
pacific ocean, australia - friday 10:00 am
We see Chuck treading water in the ocean...nothing but clear
blue sea and warm sunny skies around him.
All of a sudden Sarah bursts out from under the water beside
him. She grabs Chuck, pulls him towards her and kisses him passionately.
They break off after a few passionate seconds of French
kissing to catch their breath.
sarah
I need you now. Let's get back to the boat.
Chuck just smiles, and follows Sarah as they swim towards
their boat.
CUT to a 46 foot Cal 2-46 sailboat, resting in the water in
irons so it is not drifting from its position. Chuck and Sarah swim to a
side ladder, climb on board and into the cockpit, then close the door behind
them for privacy.
int.
chuck and sarah's sailboat - friday 11:30 am
Chuck is resting on deck, legs dangling over the side and
enjoying the view of the ocean. Chuck is still only wearing a bathing
suit.
The cockpit door opens and CUE Sarah, who emerges looking
gorgeous in a Louis Vuitton printed silk gazar ballerina dress from their
Cruise 2011 ready to wear collection. Chuck's jaw just drops at the sight
of his beautiful wife.
Sarah deliberately puts a sexy swagger into her walk as she
comes up behind Chuck and gives him a shoulder rub while they kiss.
sarah
You were absolutely magnificent. That was definitely
the best I've
ever had.
Chuck smiles goofily. Sarah returns his goofy smile.
sarah
You want to try sailing the boat? I can teach you.
CHUCK
Sure.
Sarah takes his hand and leads him into the skipper's spot in
the cockpit. She grabs the main sheet and tiller, and gives them to Chuck
to hold. She then carefully starts shaking the beam in order to get some
wind into the main sail.
sarah
We just have to get some wind into the sail so we can get out
of irons. Once we pick up speed I'll let you...
Suddenly, Chuck flashes on sailing skills.
Chuck gets up and helps Sarah push the main sail into the
wind. He then steers the boat so more wind fills the sail, and the boat
starts moving. Holding the main sheet properly, he begins to tack the
boat upwind.
sarah
I thought you didn't know how to sail?
chuck
I didn't.
Sarah smiles at Chuck.
The camera pans away and we see the boat sailing in the clear
blue
water...with Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge far off in the
background, so
it becomes obvious to the viewers that Chuck and Sarah are relaxing in Sydney,
Australia.
