BRYCE, SARAH, CASEY and CARINA are skiing the Swiss Alps,
dodging bullets by several masked assassins armed with machine guns pursuing
them by skis.  Over this, CAPTION: Swiss Alps, October 23, 2007.

Move on ahead...I'll draw their fire!


Bryce, Casey and Carina continue skiing downhill.  Over
this, Caption: Bryce (almost a superspy), Casey (aging superspy), Sarah
(superspy), Carina (almost a superspy)


Sarah points her right ski pole at the closest assassin and
presses a button on the top of the pole.


A poison dart strikes the first assailant in the chest,
causing her to tumble and collapse in the snow.


Another assailant immediately stops by the dying assassin and
removes her mask.  The viewers see it is Evelyn EVE Shaw.  The man
kneeling beside her is visibly upset and tears are streaming down his
face.  He is Daniel SHAW, Evelyn Shaw's husband.  We cannot see his
face as his back is towards the camera.  Over this, Caption: Eve Shaw
(double agent), Daniel Shaw (double agent married to Eve)

Eve...hang on honey...the ambulance will arrive soon.  I
just sent a distress signal to the CIA...

It's...too...late...I...think...it...was...poisoned...

Eve...don't talk like that.  I love you.  I need
you.

I....love....you....


Eve fades away.  Shaw breaks down into tears over his
dead wife and rests his head in her busom.


Bryce, Sarah, Casey and Carina can hear Shaw's screams of
agony as they escape.

passenger jet to leave.

There's got to be a mole somewhere in the CIA tipping them

So...did you manage to intercept and send the stolen data
back to Langley.


BRYCE


No...like Sarah said...there's probably a mole in the
CIA. 
Sharp as always.


Bryce puts his hand on Sarah's knee making her
uncomfortable...she gently moves his hand off of her.


CASEY


So what did you do Larkin?


BRYCE


I sent it to a more secure location.

We see Chuck dressed in his Nerd Herd uniform and in his old
haircut from season 1.  His head is a little leaned down, reflecting very
low self esteem.  He is busy answering the phone and taking notes. 
All of a sudden we hear Chuck's workstation imitate the communicator sound from
Star Trek: The Next Generation, and WORF's voice is heard from the
speakers.

Chuck goes to his Microsoft Outlook 2007 Inbox and sees an
email, with the From address belonging to bryce.larkin@stanford.edu.

We see a very depressed Chuck moving out of his dorm,
carrying his Tron poster.  Chuck looks pleadingly at his fellow dorm mates
as he moves out.

I swear to you...I didn't cheat!


One dorm member in the background is playing billiards. 
He turns to face the camera and we see it is Bryce.

I found the test answers under your bed.  Don't lie to
me.


CHUCK


I don't know how they got there!  Bryce...how can you
accuse me like this without even talking to me first!  I thought we were
friends!

The camera focuses on Chuck's face, filled with hurt and
pain.  He is lost in his own world when a customer starts hitting the
ringer.

Hey!  Can I have just a little customer service here?

Yes sir...of course.  Sorry sir...I was a little
tired...things have been pretty hectic here since this is Buy More 24x7
event...we're open 24 hours a day this entire week.


customer


Hey...I don't care!  I want someone to take a look at my
laptop.  I bought it here last week and it keeps throwing the blue screen
of death.


CHUCK


I'll look at it immediately sir, but you know that since we
are so busy, it may take a week.


CUSTOMER


Then hurry up!


The customer leaves the laptop with Chuck and goes off.


MORGAN, JEFF and LESTER walk over.  Over this, Caption:

Hey buddy...you look real tired.


CHUCK


I'm having a hard time keeping up with all this work.


MORGAN


Hey...but at least they are letting us stay over at the motel
across the street.

Yeah...so we can work more shifts...no excuse over commute
times now.

Uhh...Jeffrey, since we're staying in your van anyway...we
couldn't use the commute excuse anyway.


BIG MIKE and Harry TANG walk over.  Over this, Caption:

I know you're all tired...and I appreciate everything you're

next Saturday is the biggest sales event of the year for Buy More and we got to
keep the merchandise moving.

We see the Dreamy Pines Motor Court, a crumby broken down
motel across from the Buy More.  There are vacancies available.

Chuck is looking at his laptop and we see he has Bryce's
email open.  In it there is a link requesting Chuck to click on it, which
he does.  Chuck is led to a file sharing website, RapidShare, and proceeds
to download a 15 GB file.  At this point, there is some knocking at
Chuck's door.  Chuck then goes to open the door, and we see ELLIE and
AWESOME.  Ellie is holding a lunch bag.  Over this, Caption: Ellie
(Chuck's awesome sister), Captain Awesome/Devon (Ellie's awesome boyfriend)

CHUCK


Crazy...I'm just about to pass out now.  I got to work
the graveyard shift tonight.

Chuck...I know you're busy, so Devon and I made some dinner
for you tonight.


Ellie gives the lunch bag to Chuck.

Chuck wakes up from sleep and checks his laptop.  On the
screen it says: Confirmed file downloaded and deleted.


Chuck then grabs his keys and leaves his room.

We see Sarah, Bryce, Casey, and Carina walking down the
terminal.  Further ahead is AMY, a bubbly blonde CIA sexy female superspy,
holding up a sign reading Sarah Walker.  Beside her are COLE Barker (a
handsome older gentleman working for the British SIS/MI6), ZONDRA (an auburn
haired sexy female superspy) and Daniel Shaw (a handsome CIA agent about
Bryce's age).  Over this, Caption: Amy (CIA), Cole (MI6), Zondra (CIA),
Shaw (CIA)

Well...Zondra and Daniel Shaw were sent here from Langley to
help us.


Zondra smiles and waves politely, while Shaw extends his hand.

They make eye contact and there is a hint of physical
attraction.

Cole Barker.  I work for the British government.

Walker.  Sarah Walker.


Cole and Sarah also share a hint of physical attraction.


The others make their introductions and they leave together.

discussing the situation.

You sent the Intersect to an old college friend you lost
touch with?

I didn't have much time!  And his email address was at
the top of my address book!

So where do we find this guy?

I looked him up in the database.  Apparently he was a
scholarship student expelled for cheating from Stanford back in 2003. 
He's been living here in Burbank with his sister and her boyfriend ever
since.  Working at the Burbank Buy More.

You never mentioned this friend of yours.


BRYCE


Yeah...well...it's complicated.

Chuck, Jeff and Lester are working the Nerd Herd desk like
crazy.  Customers are bombarding them with questions and requesting they
fix their phones.


Chuck quickly resolves a laptop issue for one customer, who
graciously thanks Chuck.  Chuck steps away from the Nerd Herd desk and is
met by Big Mike.


BIG MIKE


Well done Chuck.  You're keeping the queue moving.


Chuck smiles and walks a little more where he bumps into a
FATHER with his DAUGHTER.  The father is holding a camcorder in his hand.


father


Please help us...I taped my daughter's ballerina recital
today but when I tried to play back...I get an error message.  Please...I
need to dump this recording to a DVD for my wife...she's dying to see this.


Chuck takes a look at the camcorder and starts pressing some
buttons.


At this point, the CIA enters.  In come Sarah, Casey,
Bryce, Shaw, Amy, Carina, Zondra and Cole.  They check out the area.


bryce


OK...Everyone secure the area and make sure nobody suspicious
is around.  I'll go find Chuck.


The team splits off and take positions around the store.


Sarah carefully takes a position where she can observe Bryce
as he approaches Chuck.


Bryce speaks into his watch radio.


bryce


OK...I see him.  I'm going in.


Bryce casually approaches Chuck, who is focused on the
camcorder.


bryce


Hey buddy...long time no see.


Chuck turns around and sees Bryce.


CHUCK


Not long enough.  Do you mind?  I'm busy with a
customer.


BRYCE


Come on...you got nothing to say to me?


chuck


Not unless you want to explain why you framed me at Stanford.


With that Chuck turns his back to Bryce and focuses on the
camcorder.


Bryce walks away embarassed.


Sarah talks into her watch radio.


sarah


What did you frame him for?


bryce


Err...I might have put a copy of some test answers under his
bed.


sarah


What?  So you got him expelled for cheating?


bryce


Maybe...


sarah


I thought he was your friend.


bryce


It's complicated.


sarah


Are we friends?


BRYCE


What do you mean Sarah?  Of course I care about you.


sarah


I'm worred if I'll find evidence hiding under my bed some
time.


Meanwhile Chuck has resolved the issue for the father.


chuck


I think I figured it out.  You recorded the recital to
the hard disk, but not to the default folder.  I think this was a floor
model used for demos and someone redirected the videos to be recorded here.


Chuck puts a cable from the camcorder into a nearby plasma
display and a ballerina recital appears.

Thank you!  You saved my life!

The daughter hugs Chuck's legs.

Happy to be of service.


Sarah cannot help but smile.  Sarah talks into her watch
radio.

Let me take a crack at him.


Sarah strolls over to Chuck.

Hi.


Chuck turns around and sees Sarah for the first time. 
Their eyes connect and Chuck just suddenly lights up.  Sarah cannot help
but gaze into Chuck's eyes for a few beats either.  Clearly there is a
powerful connection between these two.

Hi...I'm Chuck.

Hi...I'm Sarah.

Nice to meet you Sarah.


sarah


Nice to meet you Chuck.

Nice to meet you Sarah...I mean...really nice...like

Sarah starts to giggle.

I saw you help that father and daughter with their
camcorder.  That was...really...sweet of you.


Bryce walks up behind Sarah.

Oh hey Chuck...I see you just met my girl.


Sarah just gives Bryce a look that says: what?  I'm YOUR
girl??  But Chuck is too sad to notice.  Chuck lets his head down and
goes introspective.


We see Bryce leading Sarah away.  Over this, Caption:
Sarah, Bryce's girl.

Chuck is walking around looking for someone.  He is
carrying a bouquet of flowers and is very anxious.  He sees a brunette
woman standing by herself by a window and approaches her.

The woman turns and faces him.  It is Jill.  Over
this, Caption: Jill, Chuck's girl.

Chuck?  What are you doing here?

I wanted to see you.  You didn't answer my calls so I
was worried.

Suddenly Bryce comes behind Chuck.

Hey...those flowers for me?  Thanks!


Bryce just grabs the flowers out of Chuck's hands and offers
them to Jill.

Jill takes the flowers from Bryce and smiles at him.

The 2 begin to kiss passionately in front of Chuck.

Sarah looks back over her shoulder at him.


Sarah and Bryce make their way over to an in-store Subway
counter.

Shaw walks over.

Shaw motions to the home theater section where we see 2 tough
giant mafia goons: SLUGSY and HORROR.  Over this, Caption: Slugsy and
Horror (The Bad Guys)

How did they find this place?

My guess is we got a leak somewhere.


Sarah talks into her watch radio.


sarah


We got bad guys here in the home theater area.  ID them
and follow them.  No contact for now.


Casey, Carina, Cole and Amy move in on the home theater room.


bryce


OK...I'll wait while Chuck cools off a bit and then make
contact with him again.


sarah


No.  You stay away from him.  He's mad enough at
you as it is.  I'll work him.


Sarah walks away while Shaw and Bryce watch.

She's really edgy these days.

Too much for you now?


BRYCE


Relax...I can handle her.  Hey...I'm sorry about your
wife.

Sarah walks back to Chuck, who is arranging some XBox 360
consoles on a display table.  She taps his shoulder.  He turns around
and smiles immediately upon seeing her.  Sarah cannot help but smile too.

Hi...it's me again.

Hi.

Actually...I got a problem with my cell phone.  After I
downloaded a mobile app the phone started to crash alot.


Chuck takes a look at her phone.

It could be the app you downloaded.


sarah


Probably...


chuck


Sorry...but we don't have the equipment here in the Buy More
to handle this, but I do have the right stuff in my motel room across the
street.  When my shift's done, if you can wait, I'll run over and fix your
phone and bring it back here.

Oohh...you're staying at the Dreamy Pines too?

Yeah.


CUT to Zondra who's listening in via her ear piece. 
Zondra talks into her watch radio.

OK...I'll get us all rooms at the Dreamy Pines then.

I won't need a room.


CUT to Sarah who turns a little away from Chuck to whisper
into her watch radio:

Oohh...planning on staying in the minivan to save taxpayer
dollars?  A true patriot.


CUT to an embarassed Bryce.

I think I'll need a room.


CUT to Chuck, who is looking oddly at Sarah.  Sarah
quickly turns to face Chuck and smiles.

Sorry...look...I'll come back when your shift's done and go
with you, OK?

OK.


Sarah starts to walk away...then turns around and waves bye
to Chuck.  She mouths bye with her lips.  Chuck waves and does the
same.  Sarah then stops.

When does your shift end?

Six AM.


Sarah again waves and mouths bye to Chuck and leaves. 
Chuck smiles at her and remains in a trance for a beat, then turns around to
see Ellie and Awesome.

What are you two doing here?

We came to check on you to make sure everything's alright.

We saw everything between you and the blonde.  You're
doing awesome, bro!


CHUCK


She's just a customer!

We came with a bunch of friends from Switzerland and are
visiting a group of friends living in the Burbank area.

You were in Switzerland?  Wow...Except for Stanford,
I've never left Burbank.


sarah


I live in Switzerland.  My friends and I all work in
Zurich for UBS's private banking division.


chuck


What is private banking?


sarah


It's a special service for account owners with a minimum
balance of over 1 million Euros.


chuck


Well...you see...given my minimum wage job...I would never
have heard of this if I'd never met you.


Sarah just smiles.

Chuck and Sarah are talking and having a good time. 
Chuck has attached an USB cable from Sarah's phone to his laptop and is running
a program against it.

Sarah smiles at Chuck.

Sarah...I know we've just met...

Feels like we've known each other forever...


Suddenly Bryce enters.

Bryce puts his arm around Sarah's waist and leads her out.

Chuck's tired...let's give him some rest and check on him
later.

OK...Zondra got the room opposite Chuck's for me.  I can
wait for him.


Bryce holds out the room card key, which Sarah snatches from
his hand.


sarah


I'll take that watch.


bryce


Fine.  Get some rest.  The 2 mobsters at the Buy
More just checked in here too.


Sarah looks concerned.


bryce


Yeah...it's getting dangerous.  Amy and Shaw took some
rooms nearby their's to keep an eye on them.


Bryce leans in to kiss Sarah but she turns away.


sarah


Good night.


Sarah enters the room and closes the door on Bryce. 
Down the hall Cole and Shaw are watching.  Bryce turns around and walks to
them.

What's wrong with Sarah?  She seems very distant from
the team.


BRYCE


Don't know...I think we've been having difficulties lately...


cole


Is she your girlfriend?


BRYCE


It's complicated.


cole


Maybe she needs a real man.


Cole laughs lightly while Bryce looks at him annoyed.


They all leave for their rooms.

Chuck has just woken up and gets out of bed to check on his
laptop.


The screen displays: file downloaded.  execute?


Chuck presses a button and the screen displays:


Databases being downloaded.  Estimated completion in 2
days.


Chuck gets up and opens the door.

Chuck is leaving the room when the door across from his
opens.  We see Sarah poke her head out.

Good afternoon.  I see you're headed out?


CHUCK


Yeah...I got a break today...so I was going to relax and take
a walk outside.


sarah


Sounds good.


Sarah waits and looks at Chuck.  The art of seduction
requires getting the mark to want you.


CHUCK


Ahh...ummm...would you like to join me?  I promise I
won't bite.


Chuck does a goofy Chuck grin.


Sarah smiles in return.


sarah


Wait while I grab my purse.


Sarah closes the door to her motel room.

Sarah grabs her purse and pulls out a Blackberry.  She
presses some buttons then puts the Blackberry in her purse.  She then
opens the door, sees Chuck standing outside, looking insecure, and then leads
him off.  The door then closes on the camera.

Bryce, Shaw, Cole, Amy, Zondra and Carina are having coffee
and relaxing when Bryce's cell phone starts beeping.  Bryce pulls out his
cell phone and there is a text message for him.  On the cell phone screen
the message says: Room clear.


Bryce motions to the others and they leave together.

Chuck and Sarah are walking together and enjoying the scenery.


SARAH


Honestly, Bryce never told me about Jill.  This is the
first I heard of her.

Hmm...well...normally I don't tell people about my past with
Bryce...I don't know what they'll think.


SARAH


Well...if it helps...I believe you.  I believe you
didn't cheat.


CHUCK


Coming from Bryce's current girlfriend, that's very
comforting.


SARAH


Bryce is not my boyfriend.

Then why did he refer to you as his girl?


sarah


I have no idea.


CHUCK


Thanks for listening to me Sarah...I don't know why...I just
trust you.


sarah


You're a trusting and honest guy.


CHUCK


It's more than that.  I just feel like I've known you
forever.


sarah


Yeah...me too...


Sarah's blackberry starts beeping.  She takes it out of
her purse, reads the text message and puts it back.


sarah


I'm sorry... but my friends are calling.  Got to meet
them for dinner.


CHUCK


Well...it's alright.  It's not the first time a girl has
left me for Bryce.


Sarah looks sympathetic...then smiles.


sarah


I'm not leaving Burbank yet...here...give me your phone.


Chuck passes his iPhone to her.


Sarah then enters her number into Chuck's contact list and
saves it, then calls her Blackberry with Chuck's iPhone.


sarah


There...you can call me now.


CHUCK


OK...when?


sarah


Whenever you want.  The sooner the better.




With that, Sarah smiles and walks off, turning back to wave bye to Chuck a few
times while doing so.  Chuck cannot help but smile and do the same.


INT. MOTEL
RESTAURANT, SUNDAY, november 18, 2007, 19:30


Bryce, Cole, Shaw, Carina, Sarah, Amy and Zondra are talking
at a quiet table in a secluded corner of the restaurant.

The Intersect databases are still being downloaded onto
Chuck's laptop.


ZONDRA


Given the amount of data, we're thinking it'll be about 2
days before everything's on his laptop.

We can't just grab the laptop mid-download or we risk
corrupting the data.  So we checked in with Langley and they recommended
we just wait for the full download.

We need the Intersect intact as that's the only copy we have.


carina


Looks like those 2 mafia enforcers still don't know where the
Intersect is.  They're still moping around the Buy More like a couple of
lost puppies.


BRYCE


What took you so long?


sarah


I wanted to give you time to search Chuck's room.


CARINA


We didn't need over 2 and a half hours to search one little
motel room.  Something's up with you, Walker.


SARAH


Nothing's up with me.  I can handle my asset.

You look so happy.  You've been nothing but smiles these
past 2 days.


ZONDRA


You're never this happy.

for a mole.  We believe someone on your team may be rogue.

Yeah...I'll watch out.  So far things are going
smooth...but I'm afraid Walker is a little too attached to this Chuck Bartowski.

It's a pattern.  She usually gets involved with men she
works with.  Keep an eye on it.  If worse comes to worse, I may need
you to eliminate Bartowski.

Slugsy and Horror start to close in on Sarah when Chuck steps
in between them and Sarah.

Chuck looks at Sarah and smiles, but doesn't notice that both
Slugsy and Horror are reaching for hidden pistols.  Sarah notices this and

Actually it's store policy...if we see loiterers we suggest
they leave to make room for customers else we have security escort them out.


Slugsy and Horror look around, notice the security cameras,
and not wanting to start trouble as of yet, they walk away.

Wow Chuck.  You're very brave.  Those were 2 really
nasty looking tough guys there.

friendly conversation is enough to stop any trouble.


Chuck and Sarah smile at each other for a bit.

Slugsy is a little more alarmed by Sarah and Casey.  He
can tell a Fed when he sees one.  He starts to reach for his hidden
pistol...causing Sarah to reach behind for her concealed knife while Casey
starts to reach into his jacket for his hidden pistol...


Slugsy grabs Horror's arm...

The two quickly leave the store.

Chuck and Sarah are naturally holding hands and walking very
peacefully in a lush green park behind the Buy More.  They are walking on
a small trail that leads to a tiny duck lake with a bridge across, and enjoying
the natural beauty amongst the totalitarian industrial concrete of the Buy More
area.  Ducks come by and follow them, hoping for food, causing Chuck and
Sarah to smile and laugh.


SARAH


I can't believe just walking in the middle of a small park
behind a Buy More in Burbank could be so much fun!


CHUCK


It's the company that makes it fun!

Tonight...after dinner with my ex-wife and daughter.

following through with it.  Question is: how do we stop the others from
carrying out the order?


They notice Horror and Slugsy interacting with some of the
carnival workers.

This is getting more interesting every minute.

while eating.  There is a picnic basket containing the lunch Chuck

relaxing.  Chuck has attached his iPhone to some iPod speakers and is
playing some music while they eat and laugh.

I never thought a simple picnic could be so much fun.

I'm glad you're enjoying it.  You should know that I
created those cucumber sandwiches all on my own.  My own secret recipe and
you're the only person to have enjoyed them.

several computers set up.  Chuck is at his workstation watching the
screen, which shows a Roxio Blu-Ray disc burning process underway.  Sarah
stands behind him, anxiously awaiting completion of the burn.


The screen then reads burn process completed and the disc is
ejected from the tray.


Chuck then hands the disc over to Sarah.


CHUCK


Here you go...what you wanted.


SARAH


Thanks.  But it's not all that I wanted.  Since
meeting you, I want something more.


Sarah and Chuck kiss.

I have to pass this over to my team.  Then I'll stay
over Thanksgiving...we can spend the long weekend together.

phone, hits the release button several times, then drops it.

out there are probably with some secret shadowy evil organization bent on world

Sorry...forgot...no cell reception.


Chuck walks over to the Nerd Herd desk and enters in Sarah's
number.  No reception.  He then tries again with no luck.  Next,

None of the phones are working.  We're cut off from
civilization.

The group begins to realize the gravity of the situation.

Harry Tang taps Morgan's shoulder, who types some commands
into his computer.  Tang then speaks into his bluetooth wireless headset.

Big Mike grabs a PC mouse and moves it, then doubleclicks.


Across the store speaker system, Captain PICARD's voice can

Sarah and Casey quickly regroup outside.

large amounts of gum balls into the air and onto the pavement in front of the
Buy More.

MORE, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2007, 00:20


At first annoyed by the gum balls, the thugs ignore them and
quicken their pace.  However, as they run towards the front doors, they
step on the gum balls, slip and fall.  The gas cannisters are dropped and
gasoline spills out from them and into nearby storm sewers.

and his team of green shirts.  He then puts his squirt gun behind him via
a strap.


Chuck pulls out a laptop strap and puts it around the power
line.  He next grabs both ends and begins to zip wire across.


Lester quickly follows...then Jeff...and then the 2 green
shirts.


However, Jeff is too heavy and about two thirds of the way
down, he weighs down the powerline so that Lester and Chuck zip wire back into
him while the 2 green shirts ram Jeff from behind.


The powerline suddenly snaps.


They all scream in unison.


Chuck, Jeff, Lester and the 2 green shirts fall on top of a
group of goons, knocking the goons unconscious.

CHUCK


Guys!  Stop arguing!  Our lives could be in

Chuck speaks into his bluetooth headset.


CHUCK


Morgan buddy...this is Chuck.  We're in the middle of
the enemy lines here!


Jeff sees a goon coming towards him and squirts him with his
motorized squirt gun.  The goon screams in agony and runs off.


CHUCK


Looks like that pepper spray mix really works!

LESTER


Jeffrey, never do that again!


The group starts to look grossed out.


CHUCK


We got to find a way to get behind them and to a working
phone box.  My iPhone still won't work from out here, but if I wire it to
a working PBX box, I can get a call out to Sarah.

Charles...get ready to make a break for the
Weinerlicious...it's far enough to be out of their jamming range.  We'll
cover you.


CHUCK

A green shirt bravely sticks his head out and squirts Emmett
with the pepper spray mixture, causing Emmett to shriek in pain and fall. 
However, this gives Amy the opportunity to shoot the Green Shirt in the head,
who falls to the floor dead.

The garage door opens and a Nerd Herd vehicle speeds
in.  The garage is then closed.  The vehicle is spotted by a FEMALE
GREEN SHIRT protecting the area and she points her squirt rifle at the
car.  Chuck quickly pokes his head out and yells:


CHUCK


Friendlies!  Hold your fire!  We're friendlies!


Chuck, a green shirt and Jeff get out.  Chuck and the
green shirt support Jeff and help him walk.

They've broken in.  They blew a hole in a wall and are
going into the store.

I guess they really want to clean up to make sure everyone
thinks the Intersect was destroyed here.


Chuck and Jeff start moving off when Chuck notices the body
on the floor.  Sadly realizing there is nothing he can do, Chuck moves
on, grimly determined to defeat the rogue spies.

More, thugs on the ground grabbing their eyes and screaming with pain, and Buy
Morons on the rooftop of the Buy More throwing store merchandise at the thugs
below.

Casey...we got to get inside.

Looks like someone blew a way in for us through that side
wall.


Casey and Sarah rush off to enter via the hold made by the
explosion.

Ellie and Awesome are tending to the wounded when Slugsy and
Horror push their way into the medical bay, guns raised.  The Buy More
staff cower in terror.


Suddenly Ellie grabs a can of pepper spray and sprays both of
them.  Surprised, Slugsy and Horror grab their faces in pain.


Awesome quickly grabs a gun from Slugsy and hits him with a
good solid uppercut, similar to the one Sarah delivered to Bryce earlier. 
Slugsy is knocked to the floor unconscious.


Ellie grabs a frying pan being used to boil water and hits
Horror on top of the head with it, scalding him with the heat while knocking
him unconscious.  Awesome grabs Horror's pistol as well.

Chuck and Jeff enter the area and step over the unconscious
Slugsy and Horror.  Chuck passes Jeff to Awesome who applies pressure to
Jeff's wound.

Devon, lie him down on that table.  You, get some
bandages and keep applying pressure to the bullet wound.  Get me those
computer tweezers and put them over the boiling water to sterilize them. 
I'm going to take the bullet out.


Chuck takes some duct tape from a drawer and tapes up Slugsy
and Horror's arms, legs and mouths.

Shaw and Amy have made their way into the front store. 
They wave their pistols at the Buy Morons.  The Buy Morons check their
squirt rifles and see they have used up their pepper spray mixture.  They
then throw down their rifles and surrendur, raising their hands and coming out
into the open.


Shaw and Amy laugh and start to squeeze their triggers. 
However, the clips just fall out of the pistols.  They're out of ammo too.


For a moment the Buy Morons look at each other in confusion.


Then, in unison, they drop their pistols, scream and charge
Shaw and Amy.


Shaw and Amy easily defeat them with their hand to hand
combat skills.


Anna then comes out from behind the Nerd Herd desk, weilding
a XBox 360 wired controller like a ball and mace.  In her Nerd Herder
uniform, she looks like Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill.  Her first strike with
the XBox 360 mace hits Shaw in his breast pocket, and we hear a large
crack.  Shaw takes a broken blu-ray copy of the Intersect from his breast
pocket.  Anna engages Amy and
Shaw who easily neutralize her weapon.  Shaw then punches Anna in the
face, knocking her unconscious.


Harry Tang then enters the area.


TANG


Enough!  You have dishonoured me and the employees of
this store.  Now I will avenge their honour!


Harry Tang then takes up a Kung Fu pose, making sounds
similar to Bruce Lee.


TANG


Waaa!!!


Over this, Caption: Harry Tang, Bruce Lee reincarnated?


Harry Tang engages Shaw and Amy in a Kung Fu battle and
surprisingly holds them off.  Embarrassed and angry, Amy and Shaw draw
large combat knives and start slicing at Harry, slicing his green shirt and
chest.


Harry looks down at his green shirt, enraged.  He
quickly takes it off and tosses his shirt aside.  Next Harry reaches
behind him and draws 2 power bars whose power cords have been tied
together.  Using the power bars as the handles and the cord as a chain of
a nunchaku, he weilds the improvised nunchaku in battle against Shaw and
Amy. 
Over this, Caption: Harry Tang, Bruce Lee reincarnated.


TANG


Ooohh!!!!  Waaaa!!!!


Tang seems to be gaining the upper hand as he beats Shaw into
a corner, but Amy tosses a knife that impales him in the back.  Tang falls
to the floor and we see that he lies next to Chuck's feet (Chuck has just
entered the room).


CHUCK


No!  Harry...please talk to me!


Chuck bends down and starts trying to check Harry's
pulse. 
Harry manages to weakly grab Chuck's arm and with his last breath, utters:


TANG


Go be with Sarah, Chuck.  It was an honour to work with
you.


With that, Harry Tang dies.


Shaw walks over, grabs Chuck by the neck and pulls him
up.  He then wraps one arm around Chuck's chest and uses the other to hold
the blade of his knife against Chuck's throat.  Chuck starts to twitch in
panic.

MORE, MEDICAL BAY, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2007, 01:27


Awesome is tending to Jeff while Ellie grabs some first aid
kits.

Devon...you stay here and take care of Jeff.  I'm going
to go around the store and see if anybody needs help.


1 Green Shirt armed with a squirt rifle walks up to Ellie in
order to provide escort/protection.


They suddenly hear the sounds of police, ambulance and fire
truck sirens approaching.

Looks like the calvary finally arrived!  Awesome!


Sarah and Casey enter the medical bay with guns drawn.

Sarah?  John?  What took you two so long!

He went up front to help deal with a couple of rogue spies.

Casey grunts in agreement.


Casey, Ellie, Sarah and the green shirt rush off together.

Shaw is dragging Chuck out while Amy follows.  On the
way, she grabs a crow bar off the floor.  They notice a green shirt
guarding a bound and gagged Emmett, armed with the pistol Emmett had.  The
green shirt threatens them with the pistol but they hold Chuck in front as a
human shield, causing the green shirt to back off.  They then exit through
the back.


Later we see Sarah, Casey, Ellie and the green shirt in
pursuit.  They move in standard police formation: Sarah, Casey and the
green shirt form a protective circle around Ellie, rotating as they walk for
complete coverage, guns raised and pointed out.  The camera focuses
briefly on the green shirt using his squirt rifle as such.

providing limited lighting outside.  Shaw and Amy drag Chuck to the lake.

Casey grunts.  Good point Amy.

So concerned for Chuck, arent' you?  I knew you had the
hots for him...but I didn't realize how much.  All the better...seeing him
bleed to death is going to let you know how I felt watching Eve die.


Shaw starts to slowly slice his knife into Chuck's
neck. 
Thick dark red blood begins seeping out.  It is a horrifying sight for
Ellie...who covers her mouth in panic.


CHUCK


Ahh!!  AAAhhhh!!!!


SARAH, ellie, casey


No!


Suddenly Chuck flashes on knife defense and kung fu skills.


Chuck steps back so his center of gravity is behind Shaw and
grabs the arm Shaw is weilding the knife with, pulling it down.  Chuck
slides the foot closest to Shaw behind him and then pivots towards Shaw in a
semi-riding horse stance, using the force of the pivot to drive the knife
between Shaw's rib cage.  Over this, Caption: Chuck, The Intersect.


Shaw yells in
pain and collapses into the nearby lake/pond
where Chuck and Sarah had their picnic.


Angrily, Amy begins to charge at Chuck with a crowbar in her
hand.


We hear 2 gun shots...Amy suddenly stops dead in her tracks,
crow bar raised, her face ghostly pale and emotionless.  She drops the
crow bar and falls into the lake/pond as well.


Behind Amy we see Sarah and Casey, guns raised and
smoking.  Ellie has put her hands over her mouth in horror.

Chuck, Sarah, Casey, Ellie and the green shirt have made
their way back inside the Buy More.  Chuck has his tie tied around his
neck to stop the bleeding from the minor scrape Shaw made with the knife. 
The Burbank police are rounding up
Emmett and his thugs, while wounded and dead Buy Morons are being carried to
ambulances outside on stretchers by paramedics.


Chuck sees the body of Harry Tang being draped with a blanket
and being taken to a van for transport to the morgue.  Chuck pauses sadly
for a beat.


Chuck spots Morgan looking over a body and runs over to
him.  They hug for a beat, then look down at the body being taken away to
the morgue.  It's Anna.


CHUCK


What happened?


MORGAN


She was punched in the face hard and hit her head on the
floor...too much brain damage from the impact.


The morticians cover Anna's face with the blanket and carry
her off.


Sarah and Ellie walk over to Chuck.


SARAH


Chuck...don't ever do things like this again.  It's too
dangerous.


MORGAN


We did it because we thought it'd be the only chance Chuck
would have to see you.  But he stayed behind and stood with the rest of us.


ELLIE


Sorry Sarah... but my little brother is crazy about you.


CHUCK


Would someone please let me get in a word or two?


They all turn to Chuck.


CHUCK


Sarah...from the moment we first met, I felt this connection
with you.  I felt I knew you forever.


Sarah smiles...visibly moved.


CHUCK


Even though my life was at risk today, I didn't mind the
danger because at least it would give me a chance to be with you...


Sarah smiles.


CHUCK


Even if you have to run international ops as a spy, I could
live with it if I knew you would always come back to me...

Chuck...you talk way too much.


Sarah grabs Chuck and pulls him in for a passionate
kiss.  The Buy Morons who survived the ordeal begin to cheer and clap in

Sarah grins mischievously and starts to unbuckle Chuck's belt.

Chuck and Sarah are resting in bed together, blankets
covering them completely, both all smiles.


Sarah leans over to kiss Chuck.

That was incredible.  Hmmm...thought you were tired?


Chuck just smiles.  However, Sarah is now looking at the
room mirror, and can see the shadow of Shaw's head behind the curtain.


Sarah quickly grabs Chuck and rolls him over her and onto the
floor while a single gun shot is heard, grabbing her purse on the bed stand
next to the bed in the process.  They land on the floor with the bed
between them and the window.  Sarah pulls her pistol from the purse and
fires 2 shots, and we see the shadow of Shaw's head suddenly reel back and fall
out of sight.


The sound of a large thud as Shaw's dead body hits
the ground 2 floors below is heard.

Chuck...you OK?


Sarah pauses for a beat.  She then notices there is
blood on the sheets on the floor.  She removes some blankets covering
Chuck, and horrified, realizes Chuck has been shot in the chest.  Using
one hand to apply pressure to the wound to stop the bleeding, she uses another
hand to pull her phone from her purse.


SARAH


Casey, get a medical team to my motel room at the Dreamy
Pines.  Chuck's been shot!

consciousness.  He sees Ellie and Sarah looking down at him.  His

Awesome grabs the defibrillator pads and pushes them against

causes Chuck to look to his side, and we briefly see a window where Sarah (in

Morgan, Casey, Big Mike, Lester, a bandaged Jeff and several Buy Morons are
looking into the operating room.

Ellie and Awesome step out of an operating room,
exhausted.  They pull down their surgical masks so they can catch a few
loud breaths.  We see Morgan, Casey, Big Mike, Lester, Jeff and some Buy
More employees sitting on the floor and chairs nearby.  Sarah, who
remained standing at the window since the operation began, quickly runs over to
Ellie.


SARAH


Is he going to be alright?


ELLIE


Yes.  He's going to be fine.


The others jump in excitement.  Morgan stands up.

When can we see him?


AWESOME


Sorry Morgan.  Right now Chuck needs to rest so we're
moving him to ICU.  We don't want to excite him because we want his vital
signs to stabilize first.  We can allow one visitor.


Morgan looks very grateful to Awesome.

I think it would be best for Chuck if Sarah was the one to

Ellie and Sarah just start to smile.

Casey gets up and drags a suitcase over to Sarah.

2 ward aides have arrived and are pulling Chuck's hospital
bed and IV stand out of the operating room.  Sarah follows them as they
leave down the hall to go to Intensive Care Unit where Chuck will stay until he
recovers.

Sarah has changed into a blouse and long pants (fully
covering) set of silk pajamas.  She is wearing rainbow coloured socks as
well to keep her feet warm.  She is leaving the bathroom and gets into her
bed, which has been positioned adjacent to Chuck's.  She puts her arms
around his and falls asleep while Chuck sleeps, recuperating from the surgery.


Outside the door we see Ellie and Awesome quietly
watching. 
Ellie is holding her digital camera out.  We hear her take a photo quietly.

Chuck starts to waken.  He turns and sees Sarah lying
next to him, fully dressed, and smiling.  They kiss.  Chuck starts to
sit up, so the blanket falls from his body, showing his bare chest and the
large scars from the surgery, as well as the bullet wound.  Sarah grabs
one of Chuck's shirts and helps Chuck cover up.


Awesome, Ellie, Morgan, Casey, his daughter Alex, Lester,
Jeff and Big Mike
enter carrying Thanksgiving dinner.
